CB-6000

This is a new, flat design that is even more comfortable and even less noticeable than the previous popular models. The hinge has been eliminated from the rings, yet it is designed to open up for ease of use.

The new design consists of three interlocking pieces that fit together like puzzle pieces. There are two guide pins that hold the top pieces together with a locking pin connecting the cage to the ring.

This model is made from the same light-weight polycarbonate materials as the CB-2000, CB-3000, and Curve. The cage portion has vented slots.

The rings of the CB-6000 do not interchange with the hinged-ring versions of the CB-3000 or the Curve. There are no points of intrigue available with the CB-6000 at this time.

The Curve Male Chastity Device is designed for the larger male. The Curve is newly updated to incorporate the larger cage of the classic Curve model and the innovative ring design of the CB-6000. The rings consist of three interlocking pieces that fit together like a puzzle. The two guide pins hold the top pieces together. The oval locking pin goes through the middle recessed hole connecting the cage portion to the ring. The flat design of the rings is extremely comfortable and secure. The Curve is made of medical grade polycarbonate material. It is lightweight, hypoallergenic and durable. The cage portion is vented for hygiene and has a bottom opening allowing use at urinals. The different size rings and spacers included in each package allow you to customize your fit to your individual needs. The Curve restricts you from touching your genitals for sexual pleasure and gives the Keyholder control over the sexual fulfillment of both partners.

New for the CB-6000 and new versions of the CB-3000 and Curve! Inspired by the "points of intrigue" formerly available for the CB-2000, CB-3000, and Curve, these can be used in place of the front plate in the three part ring assembly to better restrict escape. They are made from Delrin, which is the same material that the security inserts and reusable locks are made from. Because of a minor difference between the models, the smaller points (black in the picture) are best suited for the CB-6000 and CB-6000-S models, and in most cases, for the Curve. The larger points (white) are better suited for the new model of the CB-3000. They both fit either the 3000 or the 6000, it's just that the longer one goes pretty far into the 6000 and the shorter one barely enters the 3000's opening. For this reason, they can be purchased individually, or as a set.

By incorporating them as a part of the ring assembly, it adds no length to the unit itself. It can also be used along with the security insert. Points can be sharpened or blunted by sanding with an emory board or similar.

These are...
Individually machined from solid Delrin a.k.a. gun plastic. No molding, pressforming ect... which means no seams to split. Material is shapeable with sandpaper. Non reactive and has been fda approved for food processing equipment that comes in direct contact with food.
Pins are a flexible 1/8" buna material. Pins are customizeable, can be shortened or left out altogether in any combination. Some find it works best to shorten them so that only about 1/8" of the pin is protruding from the center hole.
When cage is installed it blocks removal of the pins. The padlock pin also passes through the top of the device, preventing it's removal.
The advantages of this style security insert is that more constriction is possible as the pins are pushed in after the member, effectivly shrinking the diameter after it's installed.
Also more constriction can be tolerated without urine flow constriction or edema. (Think of water flowing through a grate.)
The outward angle of the pins causes them to close in as you try to pull out, similar to a chinese finger trap.
Lastly it is very customizeable by the end user by simply shortening or leaving out any pin in any of the eight positions.

This is perfect for the man that wants to prevent escape, and has too much girth for the original insert.
