Making payments

We can accept payments from all major credit cards, in addition to PayPal!

We can also accept credit card payments by phone. Please send an email with your name, phone number, and best time to call (including time zone) and we will contact you at that time to process your order and help you any way that we can.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping within the USA:

For orders under $50.00, shipping will usually be done by USPS First Class with tracking there is a $3.00 fee.

For orders over $50.00, free shipping will be done by USPS Priority, which assures delivery within 2-3 business days.

USPS Express costs an additional $25, and provides overnight delivery to most locations.

Standard shipping outside the USA:

Standard shipping is by USPS First Class International, and is free for orders over $50.00, otherwise add $3.00. NOTE: delivery tracking end-to-end is not available using USPS First Class International. As such, we cannot guarantee delivery by this method, and will not refund or reship for 8 weeks after shipping, or until package is returned, whichever is earlier. For orders over $125, standard shipping for international will be done by USPS Priority International at no extra charge.

USPS Priority International: Delivery time to most countries is 6-10 business days. The additional cost is a flat $20. End-to-end tracking is included, and delivery is guaranteed. Some counties take longer for packages to clear through customs.

USPS Express International: Delivery time to most countries is 3-5 business days. The additional cost is a flat $25. End-to-end tracking is included, and delivery is guaranteed. Some counties take longer for packages to clear through customs.

Return Policy

Unlike most distributors, we will accept returns under the following conditions:

• You must notify us with 14 days of receipt of the product(s)
• We must receive the product within 30 days of your initial receipt of the product(s)
• All items must be returned in undamaged and unaltered condition
• Shipping cost for the return is your responsibility
• A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Applies to UNOPENED product only.
• Items received that do not meet the above criteria will be offered a partial credit, or a return to you.
• Items in undamaged condition can be returned for 50% of the purchase price, or 75% toward the purchase of another item, not including any shipping paid on the initial purchase.
• For any CB-6000, you may exchange the cage for a Curve for an additional $10 shipping
• Refund will be processed by the same method of payment that you used to make the purchase.
