Making payments

We can accept payments from all major credit cards, in addition to PayPal!

We can also accept credit card payments by phone from the USA and Canada. Please send an email with your name, phone number, and best time to call (including time zone) and we will contact you at that time to process your order and help you any way that we can.

We can also accept US postal money orders within the USA. If you have any trouble with the checkout process, we can also send you an invoice which often bypasses the problems that our processor sometimes experiences, particularly on international orders.

Standard shipping within the USA:

USPS Standard shipping within the USA:
For orders up to $75, the following options are available:
USPS First Class (2-5 business days) is $4.00
USPS Priority (2-3 business days) is $8.00
USPS Express costs $35 and provides overnight delivery to most locations.

For orders over $75, the following options are available:
USPS First Class is free
USPS Priority is $4.00
USPS Express costs $301

New: UPS Ground is now available anywhere in the USA for $18. Typical delivery is 2-4 business days.

Standard shipping to Canada:

Standard shipping is by USPS First Class International, and is $15.00 if your order is over $75.00. The fee is $10.00 if your order is less than $75. NOTE: delivery tracking end-to-end is not available using USPS First Class International. As such, we cannot guarantee delivery by this method, and will not refund or reship for 8 weeks after shipping, or until package is returned, whichever is earlier. For orders containing any full package CB, Birdlocked, Dick Cage, or Bon-4, standard shipping for international will be done by USPS Priority International at the standard shipping rate of $15.00. Please select standard shipping instead of priority so that you will not be overcharged.

USPS Priority International: Delivery time to Canada is 6-10 business days. The additional cost is a flat $25 for small packages, $35 for larger. End-to-end tracking is included, and delivery is guaranteed. Projected delivery time does not account for delays in customs.

USPS Express International: Delivery time to Canada is 3-5 business days. The additional cost is a flat $42. End-to-end tracking is included, and delivery is guaranteed. Projected delivery time does not account for delays in customs.

New: UPS Standard is now available anywhere to Canada for $35. Typical delivery time is six business days. We recommend this over USPS Priority International for that reason.



Standard shipping outside the USA and Canada:

Standard shipping is by USPS First Class International, and is $14.00 if your order is less than $75.00, or $23 if more than $75. NOTE: delivery tracking end-to-end is not available to all countries using USPS First Class International. As such, we cannot guarantee delivery by this method, and will not refund or reship for 8 weeks after shipping, or until package is returned, whichever is earlier. 

USPS Priority International: Delivery time to most countries is 6-10 business days. The additional cost is a flat $35 for small packages, $47 for larger. End-to-end tracking is included, and delivery is guaranteed. Some counties take longer for packages to clear through customs.

USPS Express International: Delivery time to most countries is 3-5 business days. The additional cost is a flat $64. End-to-end tracking is included, and delivery is guaranteed. Some counties take longer for packages to clear through customs.

For other modes of shipping please use the "Pay by invoice" option and specify in the comments which method that you want. We will have your shipment quoted and contact you with a revised cost of order to include your choice of shipping.

Unlike most distributors, we will accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Custom metal products cannot be returned under any circumstances
  • You must notify us with 14 days of receipt of the product(s)
  • We must receive the product within 30 days of your initial receipt of the product(s)
  • All items must be returned in clean, undamaged and unaltered condition
  • Shipping cost for the return is your responsibility
  • A $10 restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. Applies to UNOPENED product only.
  • Items received that do not meet the above criteria will be offered a partial credit, or a return to you.
  • Items in undamaged condition can be returned for 50% of the purchase price, or 75% toward the purchase of another item, not including any shipping paid on the initial purchase.
  • Refund will be processed by the same method of payment that you used to make the purchase.
Warranty: All products that we sell include a one-year warranty from date of purchase. If you have a defective item, please email a photo of the item depicting the defect (as best as you can) and a description of the problem to support@lockeduplove.com. We will submit for warranty consideration. CB-X and Vice products will ship the replacement part(s) to you directly and may include a return mailer for the defective item. You must return the item in order to perpetuate your warranty. All other replacements will be sent by LockedUpLove from our own inventory if in stock, or shipped as soon as available. Warranty replacements are sent by USPS First Class at no charge; you may request a faster delivery but will be charged $5.00 for USPS Priority or $30.00 for USPS Express.
